Where do you ship from?

Product is shipped directly to you from Massachusetts, USA via the USPS with tracking and insurance.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within the USA. Shipping charge calculated for other countries. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. 

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order, once shipped packages arrive within 3-5 business days in the USA. Please allow additional time for international orders. 

Do you charge any tax or import fees?

Additional customs charges, import duties, local taxes or other fees may be levied when your order reaches its destination country. These fees and charges are not placed by us and we cannot control these fees, nor be responsible for them. Depending on the country where an item is shipped there could be a customs delay.

What is your return policy? Can I return something if I don't like it?

• Any item unused and still in its original condition and packaging may be returned
  within 14 days from the date of sale for refund, credit or exchange.

• Pearls and Pearl Silk string are natural organic materials and must be protected from chemicals, trauma and abrasion. While “Out of Asia” will cheerfully replace any defective string, customers should expect to restring their pearls periodically to repair the effects of normal use on pearl jewelry.

What if I have a special design, color, jewelry or fabric request?

Custom design work is available. Please email us at info@out-of-asia.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you. 

I have a wedding to plan for-- can you provide products for the bridesmaids and/or guests?

Yes, absolutely. We specialize in weddings and personal shopping services are available. 

What if I want to carry your products in our store?
